6.00 pm – 8.00 pm AGA Cookery demonstration with tastings
Presented by Marcia Poole, 15 minute introductory demonstrations every hour with canapés and nibbles being served from AGA’s new flexible cookers that can be switched off.

6.30 pm – 9.00 pm Cocktail demonstration

10.00 am AGA Cookery demonstration with tastings
Marcia Poole taster demonstrations showcase why AGA cooking is so fantastic and learn some brilliant hints and tips for getting the best out of your AGA.

11.00  am  Home curing and fermenting with Daylesford Cookery School   
The Cookery School will be showing how to cure a salmon and with an accompaniment of fermented vegetables. The Tutors will talk you through the curing and fermenting processes which will help you to understand new techniques in the kitchen.

12.00 Eckington Manor’s head chef Mark Stinchcombe and his wife Sue
Are delighted to return to Daylesford for the third year in support of WellChild.  They will be demonstrating two recipes that are perfect for entertaining at home.  Classic winter ingredients are combined to make ‘Venison, Hispi Cabbage, Faggot and Swede’, followed by orange soufflé with chocolate sauce

2.00 pm Christmas Canapes with LoveBites
Delicious, fun and quirky bespoke Canapés that will delight at any celebration, corporate event or wedding

3.00 pm The Lygon Arms Head Chef, Ales Maurer
Ales will provide a Demo and talk on the following three dishes:
Organic hot smoked salmon, rainbow beetroot, and gremolata and pine nuts. A perfect winter Entrée, using local and seasonal produce.  Pasture fed beef short rib, organic roots, black kale, and mushroom jus. Preserved organic Greengage plums, brown sugar crumble, organic clotted cream.

4.00 pm Shaping clay into a pot on the wheel with Lucy Attwood of Pop Up Pots  
Lucy will be demonstrating shaping clay into a pot on the wheel. Following the demonstration, guests will be invited to get hands-on and create your very own pot on the pottery wheel, under expert guidance. All levels of experience and children over 16 are welcome.
Lucy offers mobile studio workshops privately, as well as at Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford. There will also be an opportunity to buy tableware made by the hands of Pop Up Pots master potters.

Presented by Bertie Matthews of FWP Matthews.

12.00 David Williams, Executive Chef at Ellenborough Park
David boasts meticulously high technical standards. He champions local Cotswold suppliers and believes in celebrating the flavours of each ingredient using classic techniques and combinations on the plate that marry beautifully, making each dish a sensory and taste experience. David holds over 25 years’ experience in the industry and has worked alongside both Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal.

2.00 pm Simple canapés with Gluts and Gluttony
Kathy Slack, supper club host, cookery teacher and writer of food blog, will be using the best of the seasons harvest to make a selection of simple canapés for the festive season. She'll bring her home grown veg and whip up a few pre-dinner nibbles that will delight your guests and won't get you in a tizz.   

3.00 pm Cookery Demonstration by Compton McRae
Caroline Scrase Dickins ( co owner of Compton McRae and caterer ) will conduct the cooking demonstrations utilising the Compton McRae Range of chutneys and Savoury marmalades. Caroline will show how the range can be used to make simple everyday meals taste delicious and how to create the perfect partnership between the dish and condiments.  Also a few tricks for taking the stress out of having friends over for dinner.
